What one “gives” to others in terms of nurture, support and loving kindness, sows the seeds of future kindness for that individual, from the family and community. We as humans lead lives of interdependency and thus it is in our best interest – all of us – to be kind to others.Ah, but you should read it in the words of the Dalai Lama, not mine…
